We are excited to announce that we’ll be hosting our annual User Conference in Windsor!
Why You Should Attend:
Whether you’re a decision-maker, front-line employee, back-room employee, agent, branch supervisor, market analyst, trainer, IT expert, etc., if you use the AXIS software directly or support AXIS software users, this conference is for you.
This year’s theme is “Cloud Solutions.” Join us in discussing how AXIS products will become more available in the cloud.
As per the format last year, the Travel, Membership, Technical & Road Service Working Group members will meet the afternoon before the conference (May 13th) to participate in pre-conference planning meetings and roadmap discussions.
Similar to last year, there will be a Business Intelligence session (9:00 am – 10:15 am) as well as Leads, Member Outreach, Insurance, Policy Import & Usage Stats discussions (10:30 am – 12:00 pm), happening on May 13th.
The conference kicks off with a Welcome Dinner on Wednesday, May 13th at 6:00 pm at Spago Tratorria located within the Caesars’ compound.
On May 14th, the General Session runs from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. After lunch, we will offer three concurrent streams: Membership/MRM, Travel and Road Service. Join us for a casual and fun evening at 5:15 pm. Meet in the lobby.
Please plan on sticking around for the morning of May 15th for our Kiosks. Not only will you get to speak one-on-one with our Product Managers, you can also speak to our sponsors from Rocket Software. At 10:00 am, three grand prizes will be awarded, however, you must be present to win.

Guest Rate: $210 CAD (Wednesday and Thursday dinners)

- Your registration price includes all learning sessions along with meals and refreshments for each day
- US clubs will be billed at the prevailing exchange rate on the day the invoice is issued
- Deadline to register will be April 1st, 2020.

- This rate is available 1-day pre/post-conference.

To receive a cancellation refund (less a $50.00 administration fee), cancellations must be made in writing to Angeli Ghelani before April 5th, 2020. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us written notification no later than three days prior to the conference.
