Who Should Attend?
AXIS’ Working Group Meeting is NOT the same as AXIS’ User Group Meeting. If you have participated in AXIS’ Working Group Sessions in the past and are involved in key decision-making for your specialized area (i.e. Travel or Road Service or Membership), this conference is for you! Join us for several days of productive discussions surrounding Campana’s products and future road map.
Note: We will be hosting separate sessions for Travel, Membership/CRM & Emergency Road Service over the span of three days. You are not expected to come to all three sessions (but are welcome to!).

We have secured a special room rate of $159 CDN per night
- This rate is available for one-day pre/post-conference
- Complimentary internet is included in the room rate
- Complimentary self-parking is included for those staying overnight
- Check-in will be 4 PM, and check-out at 11 AM
Meeting attendees will be responsible for paying for room charges and incidentals directly. A credit card will be required at check-in. An early departure fee in the amount equal to a one-night stay + taxes will be charged should you check out prior to your reserved checkout date.
Travel Information
- Meeting attendees can fly into Windsor International Airport in Windsor, Ontario. Caesars Hotel is 15 minutes away. The average Uber from the airport to the hotel will be approximately $30 CDN.
- Attendees can also fly into Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport in Detroit, Michigan and drive across the border. Metro Cars are available at the airport. The average time between the airport and Caesars Hotel is approximately 40 minutes.

Once you submit your registration online, we will send an invoice via email to your Accounts Payable department.
- $300 Attending 1 Day
- $450 Attending 2 Days
- $600 Attending 3 Days
Keep in mind:
- Your registration price includes all learning sessions along with meals and refreshments for each day
- US clubs will be billed at the prevailing exchange rate on the day the invoice is issued
- The deadline to register is October 3’rd, 2022

Cancellation Policy
To receive a cancellation refund (less a $50.00 administration fee), cancellations must be made in writing to Angeli Ghelani before November 1, 2022. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us a written notification no later than three days prior to the conference.
