Campana’s 2024 Working Group Meeting will be held at DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Airport West.

Who Should Attend?
This meeting is not our annual User Group Meeting. If you have participated in AXIS’ Working Group Sessions in the past and are involved in key decision-making for your specialized area (i.e. Travel, Membership or ERS), this conference is for you! Join us for several days of productive discussions surrounding Campana’s products and future road map.

Meeting attendees will be responsible for paying for room charges and incidentals directly. A credit card will be required at check-in. An early departure fee in the amount equal to a one-night stay + taxes will be charged should you check out prior to your reserved checkout date.

Depending on where you are travelling from, you can choose from any of the below airports:

There is a complimentary airport shuttle – on demand every 40 minutes from Toronto Pearson Airport. For arriving flights, contact the Hotel after collecting your baggage at 905-624-1144, and select option 1 for the shuttle. Proceed to the airport shuttle location for all hotels. Pick-up for the shuttle at Terminal 3 is at Post 39. For Terminal 1 (ground/lower level), pick-up is at Post S-5. After Check-in, registration is requested for the return shuttle at the end of your stay, as space is limited.

Once you submit your registration online, we will send an invoice via email to your Accounts Payable department.

- Your registration price includes all learning sessions along with meals and refreshments for each day (Note that on Monday, only dinner will be provided.)

Cancellation Policy
To receive a cancellation refund (less a $100.00 administration fee), cancellations must be made in writing to pooja.chiplunkar@campana.com before September 6th, 2024. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us a written notification no later than three days prior to the conference.
