Campana’s 2025 Working Group Meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport – Caroga Drive.

Who Should Attend?

This meeting is not our annual User Group Meeting. If you have participated in AXIS’ Working Group Sessions in the past and are involved in key decision-making for your specialized area (i.e. Travel, Membership or ERS), this conference is for you! Join us for several days of productive discussions surrounding Campana’s products and future road map.

Meeting attendees will be responsible for paying for room charges and incidentals directly. A credit card will be required at check-in. An early departure fee in the amount equal to a one-night stay + taxes will be charged should you check out prior to your reserved checkout date.

Registration Costs

Once you submit your registration online, we will send an invoice via email to your Accounts Payable department.

  • $700 Attending 1 session
  • $850 Attending 2 sessions
  • $950 Attending 3 sessions

 

Keep in mind: 

  1. Your registration price includes all learning sessions along with meals and refreshments for each day
  2. The deadline to register is Friday, Oct 3, 2025

Cancellation Policy

To receive a cancellation refund (less a $100.00 administration fee), cancellations must be made in writing to pooja.chiplunkar@rowriter.com before Friday, Oct 3, 2025. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us a written notification no later than three days prior to the conference.
